10 Week Beginners Programme: Our beginners programme is aimed at those who are not yet able to run 3 miles (5km). The programme starts on Week 1 with everybody of a similar ability level with the goal of progressing on a weekly basis towards reaching 3 miles (5km). The aim is to progress at a level which is manageable for everyone in the group. There are limited spaces for this programme so booking will be essential.

Wednesday – (Starts 3rd October 2018)

Venue: Hadrian Leisure Centre, St Peters Road, Wallsend, NE28 7LQ
Time: 7:00 – 8:00pm

Thursday – (Starts 27th September 2018)
10 Week Beginner Programme (0 – 5km)
Venue: The Parks Sport Centre, Howdon Road, North Shields, NE29 6TL
Time: 7:00 – 8:00pm
