Cardio Tennis

Sport North Tyneside are pleased to introduce several community Cardio Tennis sessions. It doesn’t matter what ability you are just come along and give it a go! It is also a great way to get fit and an opportunity to meet up with others.

Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. The session is supported by music and a qualified instructor, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time.
