Adult Archery Sessions:
Tuesdays 10-11.30am for all ages over 16 at The Parks Sport Centre.
Tuesdays 7.30-9pm for all ages over 16 at Burradon Recreation Centre. (Starting Tuesday 10 January - Tuesday 27 March 2012).
Wednesdays 6-7.30pm for all ages over 16 at John Willie Sams Centre.
Thursdays 10-11.30am for all ages over 16 at John Willie Sams Centre.
All About You.... Unique Trampoline Session for Adults

Linzi Ladies Netball Group - Wednesdays 8-9pm for ages 16 and over at Whitley Bay High School. Term time only.
Seatonians Newcomers Netball Session - Tuesdays 7-9pm for ages 16 and over at Whitley Bay High School.

Tuesdays 6-7pm for ages 16 and over at Tynemouth Pool.
Wednesdays 5-6pm for ages 16 and over at Quadrant East, North Tyneside Council.

Sundays 9.30-10.30am for ages 16 and over at Waves, Whitley Bay.
No Strings Badminton Session:
