The Parks Judo Club will be running disability judo sessions throughout July and August.

The venue is C/O Tyne Youth & Community Centre, Marriners Lane, Tynemouth, NE30 4AT.

The sessions will be on Tuesday evenings, 6.15pm - 7.15pm for under 16 years and 7.30pm - 8.30pm for adults.

The first session is free to all participants there after it will be £2.00 per session.
