The free indoor rowing competition, organised by North Tyneside Council in partnership with Concept2 rowing, will be held at John Spence Community High School in North Shields.

Time: 5.30-6.30pm

Each rowing team must comprise of 2 male and 2 female participants. The competition will be a timed event, with winners being the team who complete the furthest distance during a set time.

All competitors will be asked to complete a brief registration/medical form on the evening of the competition.
