We are looking for North Tyneside's srongest and fittest. Categories include men, women and mixed teams.

Come along and test your metal at this fun event. Entry is FREE and families are welcome. The competition is open to over 18s only and teams must include two men and two women.

The event will take place at 6.00-7.00pm on Thursday 27th January 2011 at John Spence High School.
